Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented International sales Professional to spearhead our sales efforts in the EIC Products Division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving and surpassing sales targets by tapping into new markets, particularly focusing on Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying untapped opportunities, generating new leads, and fostering relationships with customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Lead the charge in achieving ambitious sales targets for our EIC Products Division. Concentrate on the Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators market segments, identifying and exploiting new avenues that have yet to be explored by Trinity Touch.
  • Order Fulfilment and Collections: Ensure consistent month-on-month order attainment and timely collection of overdue payments. Collaborate with the regional manager and product managers to foster new channel partnerships that can help tap into previously untouched distribution networks within your designated cluster.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to specific target markets. Work closely with Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators, offering steadfast support and guidance to facilitate business growth. Stay updated on emerging industry applications to effectively present the advantages of Trinity products.
  • Budget Adherence and Support: Commit to meeting budgetary goals and collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent warranty and after-sales support. Maintain regular interactions with sales engineers from Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators to motivate them in meeting their commitments.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the operations team to guarantee timely order fulfilment. Provide consistent updates on business performance, categorized by product lines and target markets, and create monthly management information system (MIS) reports for stakeholders.
  • Project and Activity Tracking: Systematically monitor key projects and customer activities, strategizing business plans for major Channel Partners, OEMs, and System Integrators. Take ownership of driving these initiatives towards successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics), MBA will be a plus
  • Minimum Year of Experience is 5 in International Domain.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the B2B sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Responsible for sales target from assigned Dealer and developing New Dealer/Distributor.
  • Complete mapping of the Market.
  • Should be technically sound with respect to Electronic Components.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
