Job description

  • Customer relation management
  • Analysis of customer needs, responses to tenders, preparation and following of commercial offers
  • Pre-project phase technical and solution expertise, technical validation,
  • Business process: BOM, RFI, RFT/P, RFQ
  • Customers and sales team support via incoming and outgoing phone and email support.
  • Technical and commercial presentations
  • Calling back existing customers for the Sales / Support queries
  • Replying to customer emails for the Sales / Support queries
  • Team lead for the Online Cloud based SCADA Development team.
  • Participate in meeting with clients technical team and resolve their technical queries.
  • Organize presentations on existing and new products to the clients, understand their requirements and resolve their queries.
  • Coordinate with Sales team to get the new orders from client and execute existing orders.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing team for on time production and testing.
  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and take necessary action to compete with them.
  • Visit to Industries to generate new enquiries and arrange product presentation.
  • Understand market requirements and help to design team for new product development.
  • Co-ordinate with service team to resolve post supply/commissioning issues of customers.
  • Price / Discount Negotiations with customers if necessary.
  • Monthly / Weekly reporting of the existing and new leads to the reporting head.
  • Documentation preparation i.e. manuals, product datasheet etc. as per customized product requirement.
  • Profit Enhancement.
  • To make positive image of products in market.
  • Upgradation of products as per market requirements.
  • New product development.
  • Coordination with Purchase, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics team for timely delivery of orders.
  • New product updates in the market.
  • Standards and approvals for respective products.
