Job Description
- Responsible for sales target from assigned Dealer and developing New Dealer/Distributor.
- Complete mapping of the Market.
- Should be technically sound with respect to Electronic Components.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of related customers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Responsibility from inquiry generation to order conversion, timely payment follows up, after sales service support etc.
- Ready to tour to customer places.
- Reporting to Regional Head- Sales.
- Closing deals and achieving sales target in defined market segment.
- Maintaining proper co-ordination with production & Operation team for the smooth & timely delivery/execution of work.
- Analyzing the requirements to ensure that all points are addressed, opportunities are taken care and correct solution is specified.
Relevant Experience: Prior sales experience in similar industry (Products handling like Cable Glands, Enclosures & Customized Solutions, Wiring Ducts, DIN Rail, Lugs, Timers, Flexible Conduit)
