Seeking Business Development Managers who are experienced in the Electronic Industrial Components in Enclosures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for driving Revenue growth from the assigned BDH group.
- The position is mainly responsible for the development of new accounts, account penetration, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
- This position is responsible for the strategic implementation of a business plan and providing inputs to all stakeholders (Regional Head/ BDH) based on understanding market trends and competition behavior within the industry.
- Defining leading customers and making account plan. The position is responsible for streamlining processes and systems.
- Responsible for the overall achievement of assigned targets and YoY Growth.
- Pro-active relation management with corresponding counterparts in HQ.
- To review and interpret the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and strengthen the brand image.
- To manage the sales and marketing operations and be accountable for top-line and bottom-line growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be Engineering Graduate, Preferably MBA/PGDBM (Marketing & Sales)
- Exposure to Enclosure/Cabinet Builders
- Efficient technical skills in MS office, Office 365, CRM systems, BI tools, and other compatible programs.
