Level Float Sensors
The magnetic field of a permanent magnet built into the float operates the resistance measuring chain installed in the tube which is equivalent to a three-wire potentiometer circuit. The resistance signal generated is proportional to the level.
The signal can be transmitted through external transducers and limit transmitters or through a 4-20mA two-wire transducer which can be integrated in the level sensor connecting box.

Level Float Switches
For monitoring the level of liquid media .Types of float switches- Stainless Steel, Plastics
Our float switches are based on the float principle with small reed contacts for every level to be monitored. They are suitable for virtually all liquids and are mainly used for level controlling and monitoring: Plant engineering, machine construction, chemical industry, biochemical industry, petrochemical industry, liquid natural gas, off-shore, power plants, ship-building, food industry, pharmaceutics etc..

Opto Electronic Level Switches
The electro-optic sensor contains an infrared LED and a light receiver. Light from the LED is directed into a prism which forms the tip of the sensor. With no liquid present, light from the LED is reflected within the prism to the receiver. When rising liquid immerses the prism, the light is refracted out into the liquid, leaving little or no light reach the receiver. Sensing this change, the receiver actuates electronic switching within the unit to operate an external alarm or control circuit.

Capacitive Level Sensors
The sensor beam and the metal wall of the container form an electrical condenser when being immersed into the liquid. The capacity of the condenser changes with its filling level.
An electronic system integrated into the device converts the capacity change into an electrical standard signal 4-20mA proportionally to the filling level.
In case the values for 0% and 100% are to be adjusted as per the customer's requirements, calibration is made at keypress. When initially received from the manufacturer, the filling level probe is set to the start and end value of the measurement range.

Capacitive Level Limit Switches
Immersing the CPS 04 into the medium will cause a change in capacitance in the electrical capacitor. The change in capacitance is detected by the electronics and the switching operation is initiated. By exchanging or shortening the sensing probe, the level can be established at various heights. Adjustment to the corresponding medium is effected by pushing respective keys (Teach in).

Conductive Probe - Kondunivo
The fill level of a liquid is detected by measuring its conductivity using a conductive probe.
The probe is fixed at the required measurement height in the container and is supplied with a minimal current. Once the probe comes into contact with the liquid the conductive circuit is completed via the metal container wall and a signal is sent out. By using alternating current, possible corrosion of the probe and possible electrochemical reactions are avoided. To ensure reliable measurement in rippling liquids an adjustable signal time delay has been built in. Probes with one electrode can be used in metal containers as full or empty detectors, with two electrodes as a full and empty detector in metal containers. With three electrodes it is possible to be used as a full and empty detector in non metal containers.
